Parov Stelar is a man and it's also a trio sometimes, this time it's a trio. And they put out (consistently) the most awesome sax-infused soul, jazz, pop and swing with modern beats that your ears have heard in at least a decade. I've been a fan for almost 4 years now. I've payed absurd amounts of money for St. Tropez and Mykonos compilations that feature his songs and it has been worth it. You see, when you play a Parov Stelar track, you can be sure that you, your mother, your father, your grandparents and kids alike will groove and dance to it.
La Calatrava is their first single from their brand new album released this week The Invisible Girl and it doesn't disappoint. As a matter of fact, I had been waiting for something new after their last album (2 discs) (The Princess Part 1 and Part 2) which are highly recommended.
Just so you can grasp my love for Parov Stelar, after the jump I've added some evidence of my collection and their respective ratings.
