Song Of The Week: Jutty Ranx - I See You (Pretty Pink Remix)

This has to be the most abused song on my personal playlist for the last 3 months. Consistently. I have not played a song louder, sand it out loud, danced it by myself as much as I have this song. I do not know if that is any indication of anything and I honestly do not care.

I do not get emotionally attached to songs I post on the blog. At least 9/10 times. This is that 1 times I do. This remix is so good it makes the original sound like the Macarena. I put it on rotation on Dominican radio, I show it to all my friends every time I have a chance and still not enough people have heard it. It is very few times in a year that a song captivates me as much as this one has. I never told Pretty Pink how I felt about it. I hope now she knows. In my book, it's going to be hard to top this one. Good luck girl, and thanks for this meaningful song.

I have held out on this song for 3 months. The time is over. Hit play.

Lyrics:

You were never young, my love
I can tell, not by the way that you smell
But by the way you move your tongue, my love
Somebody shake me
What can I do?
Am I in love with The Night? Am I in love with you?
Will you take what I've got?
Will we die on the spot?
Too soon to say
What's your name, anyway?

You make me make moves
I see you, you know I see you
I break through to get to you
It's so true, it's so true
I see you, you know that I see you
And you know that it don't cost a thing
For us to see this through

When you came into focus
How could I pretend I didn't notice?
An incision when you looked back
You gave me tunnel vision right through the pack
Will you take what I've got?
Will we die on the spot?
Too soon to say
What's your name, anyway?
