Here's a selection of songs you probably haven't heard, but definitely should.
Off we start with Matthew J's reinterpretation of Ellie Goulding's Outside. To choose the words remix or cover would be to undermine the final product.
This song by Snowfox Noisy is über smooth and calm yet still manages to get you moving. I just can't get enough of it and this is literally their first track posted on Soundcloud. They only have 19 followers and I believe you and I should change this—go ahead, follow them there. Snowfox Noisy is a Norwegian duo comprised of Eirik Bøen Gravdal and Herman Eide.
What a killer tune from Sugarstarr featuring Alexander. Since I can't make up my mind between the original mix and Croatia Squad's, here go both:
I could have sworn I had written about WISHIWAS' Cutting Ties. Two weeks ago I blasted this one in a yacht around the coasts of Cartagena, Colombia and everyone went wild.
SeeB had me at the vocal pitch bends.
And for those of you who dig your Deep House with a touch of Tech, here's a great tune by Hooverphonic remixed by Alle Farben.
Here's a huge release from Cooperated Souls via Flamingo Recordings that apparently went by unnoticed by most. Hope you dance away to this one. If it's good enough for Martin Garrix, Nicky Romero, EDX, Dannic, Deniz Koyu and others, maybe it's good enough for you.
Bolivard sets this one apart from the original and mad props for the way he did it.
I can't stop playing this Tropical/Reggae take on this popular jam.
Here goes a great kicker by Vicetone that also went by unnoticed.
Watermät keeps putting out great work, here's his latest.
We almost never post previews. Unless they sound this cool.
Here's the final track of our good friend Sam Feldt's latest EP Been A While out on Spinnin' Deep. I truly think this is a highlight among the others, although it has something for every taste in Sam's spectrum. This one is catchy and emotional and Joe Cleere brings in a very distinctive vocal that sets it apart from the bunch.
Here is one of the catchiest tropical tunes I've heard in a long while. It's 9 months old and has gone around the world with its saxophone and is a Shazam and Spotify darling. Find out why and hit play.
The cello and violins in this SAXITY take on an X Ambassador's tune is just awesome.
Kiso Armic killed it on his take on Mike Posner's I Took A Pill In Ibiza.
And here's my latest addiction.
And while I keep waiting for Sir Felix to give me permission to share his next release which sounds AMAZING, here's something that's public and worthy of your attention.
And last but not least, a guy we've featured a lot here in the last few years yet he's still unknown in the blogosphere for some odd reason. I don't know why but I love everything Remii does.
